Ben Pease

John Isaiah Pepion

September 2020-November 2020

Reception October 23, 2020 5pm to 8pm

Artist Talk 6pm

The Warrior Trilogy is an expression of the creative work of Native Artists from 3 separate Tribal Nations with historic ties to Wyoming. Robert Martinez (Arapaho), Ben Pease (Crow and Northern Cheyenne), and John Pepion (Blackfeet). Their work takes their  imagery, issues and traditions of their cultures and shows how they visualize the “modern west” and it’s relationship with it’s Indigenous residents from that perspective.
